    About True Fit and Wellness

    About Me

    With over 20 years of experience as a licensed nurse, I’ve dedicated my life to caring for others. However, two years ago, I embarked on a personal health journey that transformed my perspective. By losing weight and learning to truly listen to my body, I discovered a profound sense of mental, physical, and spiritual clarity that I never thought possible.

    I believe our lives are defined by distinct seasons—from the beautiful chaos of raising children and building careers to the transitions of an empty nest, menopause, and our golden years. In my 20s and 30s, stress often clouded my view. Now, in my 40s with an empty nest, I see things with newfound clarity. I’ve learned the invaluable importance of breathing through the moment and prioritizing self-care.

    My mission is to share this insight with you. Whether you are currently in a season of "busy" or enjoying your later years, I want to show you that you matter. By taking the time to care for your mind, body, and soul, you aren't just adding years to your life—you’re adding life to your years.
